Fonctionnement

Two-lane vertical form-fill-seal layout with dual-material metering: each of the two lanes has its own pneumatic-driven granule cup-metering unit (fill volume adjusted by a single servo motor). DuPont (Tyvek) film is fed from a roll, formed over the forming tube, back-sealed longitudinally (5 mm width) by Omron 4-channel PID-controlled heated jaws, filled with dual granular materials (each lane), then transversely sealed by ultrasonic vertical-pattern jaw (5 mm width, 1.5 mm pitch) and cut by an independent flat cutter. The Kinco 7-inch color touchscreen + Omron PLC provides error prompt, self-diagnostic, and bag-length setting (without register mark, set on screen). Schneider servo pulls the film.
