Fonctionnement
Four-column hydraulic powder press. Lower oil cylinder large adjusting nut sets material feed depth into the die cavity; upper oil cylinder adjusting nut sets material tension. Hydraulic pump drives upper punch down to compress powder against the female die at up to 22 MPa system pressure. Sub-feeder cylinder feeds material between strokes. Touchscreen controls hydraulic switch, upper/lower oil cylinder, and feeder; system pressure adjustable via electromagnetic relief valve.
