Fonctionnement

Bottles are conveyed by chain to the 10-head linear filling station where each head fills at VFD-set speed (no-fill if no bottle detected). After filling, bottles transfer to the rotary turntable for stoppering and cap placement, then to the crimping station where a cylinder + servo crimps the cap (no-crimp if no bottle detected). Mitsubishi PLC + VFD coordinate the whole machine; Schneider touchscreen sets speed, count, and mode; fibre-optic amplifiers and cylinders/solenoids execute positioning at each station.
