Adjustable interior temperature -18 °C to 10 °C. 100 mm polyurethane sandwich panels (density 40±2 kg/m³, 0.326 mm color-steel skins both sides, B2 fire-rated, eccentric-hook + tongue-and-groove fixing). Insulated semi-recessed cold-room door 0.8 × 1.8 m. Refrigeration system: Panasonic 4P fully sealed compressor, DD-30 evaporator fan, Danfoss T2 thermal expansion valve, EVR pressure-regulating and solenoid valves, LYG drier-filter, 5 m copper liquid-line with Qingdao Hongtai U-bends, 5 m pipe insulation (Huamei), outdoor-unit bracket, drain, and balance window. Control: microcomputer temperature controller (auto temp, digital display, over-temp alarm). Lighting: moisture/explosion-proof LED cold-room lamps. Quote includes tax and freight to Shanghai port.
