Fonctionnement

Powder is loaded into the mixing/granulating chamber and binder is injected. The mixer impeller (2.2 kW, 0-120 rpm) forms a soft mass; the chopper (0.75 kW, 1500-3000 rpm) cuts granules, which then pass to the fluidized drying zone. Closed pneumatic feed eliminates dust; fines remain inside the chamber and are re-granulated, raising yield. The entire sequence — mixing, granulating, drying — is completed in one machine.
