Fonctionnement

Raw materials are loaded into the bowl in a single charge. After mixing, binder is injected (or loaded together with raw material) to form a soft mass; the chopper then cuts the mass into granules. The air/water service circuit purges shaft seals and prevents material from entering bearings. Pneumatic lid (with gas spring and hinge) opens for loading; pneumatic discharge gate with three-way valve and interlock releases granules.
