Fonctionnement
Pre-made pouches are transferred from the bag feeder to the filling station. Drug products enter the dosing channel via vibrating corrugated plates; photoelectric sensors count the product as it falls into a pre-storage port, then release into the pouch when it reaches position. The machine then dusts the bag mouth, applies first and second heat seals, and outputs the finished pack. The cycle is fully automated: bag pickup, date coding, opening, filling, sealing, output.
