Fonctionnement

Granules are vibrated through 10 parallel 'V' grooves by a 3-stage vibration platform, producing a single-file stream at each channel outlet. Photoelectric sensors count each granule as it passes. A cylinder on the conveyor stops the bottle during filling; once the preset count is reached, the cylinder releases the bottle. A photoelectric sensor on the left side of the conveyor detects empty bottles; when none is present, vibration stops automatically, enabling fully automatic operation.

Nettoyage et entretien

Disassemble in order: hopper → discharge port → photoelectric sensors → material bin → electromagnetic vibrators → vibration plates (stage 1, 2, 3). Clean mechanical parts with alcohol and clean cloth. Reassemble in reverse order. Clean electronic components only with dry cloth. Clean pneumatic cylinders with dry cloth then apply a few drops of pneumatic oil to rods. Do not disassemble valves for cleaning.
