Fonctionnement

Material is loaded into the main pot. The vacuum system draws the pot down to −0.090 MPa to eliminate air/foam. The top homogenizer creates intense hydraulic shear between multi-layer rotor and stator, dispersing particles to 0.2–0.6 µm. Simultaneously the bi-directional frame scraper keeps wall layers mobile. Water-phase ingredients are prepared in the satellite water-phase pot and vacuum-sucked into the main pot. All motion speeds are inverter-controlled.
