Products pre-wrapped in shrink film by the upstream SED-TMJ-I sleeve-cuff bagging machine pass through the heated shrink tunnel on a powered conveyor. Two 150 W blowers circulate hot air to shrink the film tightly around the package. Conveyor speed is regulated by a Huakai AC speed controller (ASW180-20P2-R10); temperature is controlled by an A8-1 thermostat (Sakazaki brand) via a 60 A solid-state contactor (Tortoise brand). A 300FZY6-D axial fan (Shanghai Yingmu) dissipates heat from the heating element.
