SED-10QXYJ-D is a four-column automatic hydraulic press for forming bath salt balls, bath salt blocks (including multi-layer multi-colour blocks), and powder compaction. Working pressure: 10 tonnes. Motor power: 5.5 kW.

Fonctionnement
Four-column structure with upper and lower plunger cylinders. The upper plunger cylinder (top-mounted) provides the compaction force. The lower plunger cylinder (bottom-mounted) works with the upper cylinder to complete the compaction cycle and ejects the formed product. A secondary cylinder feeds material into the die. Three operating modes: jog/setup, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. Adjustments can be made via dedicated buttons for incremental (jog) movements.
