Fonctionnement

High-pressure compressed air enters the disc-type jet mill chamber through nozzles and accelerates particles to supersonic speed, causing inter-particle collision and pulverization without contact heating. Pulverized fines are entrained with airflow and separated downstream by cyclone, then collected via pulse-jet bag filter; clean exhaust is discharged by induced draft fan.
