Fonctionnement

Air passes through filter and heater, enters the hot-air distributor at the top of the drying chamber and spirals uniformly into the chamber. Feed liquid is filtered and pumped to the centrifugal atomizing head at the chamber top, sprayed into very fine droplets with very large surface area, evaporates rapidly in contact with hot air and dries into granular product within seconds. Wet exhaust is captured at the tower bottom and in the cyclone separator and discharged via blower.
