Fonctionnement

Dry granulation: powder is manually loaded or vacuum-fed into the hopper, metered by a vertical screw feeder through pre-compression to the nip angle of two horizontally-arranged compaction rollers (Φ150×50); hydraulic pressure (0–7 MPa) linearly transmitted to rollers compresses powder into sheets; sheets are broken by granulating blades and screened; undersized fines recirculate. Hydraulic pressure is linearly transmitted ensuring uniform granule density. Interchangeable screens allow target granule size 0.2–3.5 mm.
