Dry granulation: powder metered by vertical conical-screw feeder, pre-compressed at 5×2T, then compacted between two counter-rotating rollers (Φ200×25) under hydraulic pressure (10 MPa) into sheets, broken and sieved to target granule size. Fines recirculate. Roller water-cooling prevents sticking.
