Fonctionnement
Tablets/pellets/candy in a clean, closed Φ700 mm SUS304 rotating drum (3–21 rpm) follow constant complex tracks created by 3 mm SUS304 shovelling plates. Coating medium (held in a 10 L thermostatic double-layer SUS304 tank) is metered by a Longer BT100/YZ25 peristaltic pump and atomised by 1 × Anest Iwata (Japan) Φ1 mm spray gun. Inlet air passes through pre-filter (EU3) → middle filter (EU9) → HEPA (EU13), heated by a 9 kW electric heater, then blown into the drum by a 1.5 kW 4-72 No.2.8 blower. Air exhausts through a bottom dust collector (Φ250 SUS304) + cloth bag (Φ260×360 SUS304) under negative pressure, drying the coating quickly to form a smooth film. Siemens PLC + 7" touchscreen with Siemens VFDs (1.1 kW + 1.5 kW) control the process.
