Fonctionnement

10-head modular combination weigher: Z-type bucket elevator + vibrating feeder conveys material to the feed tray, distributing to each radial vibrating tray → inlet hopper → weighing hopper (1.6 L). Modular AD modules collect weighing data; the control system uses an optimized algorithm to instantaneously select the combination of hoppers closest to the target weight; selected hoppers open to discharge into the collection hopper or downstream premade-bag packaging machine. Stepper motor drive with closed-loop self-diagnosis detects real-time anomalies at each node.
