Product loaded on 8 working shelves (700 × 1,800 mm each) → pre-freeze to −40 °C in ≤60 min → ULVAC VDN-902 vacuum pump (90 m³/h) draws chamber to ≤2.6 Pa → PID-controlled WILO circulating oil loop warms shelves through heating cycle → sublimated water vapor condenses on horizontal cylinder condenser (−70 °C) → automatic defrost by mist spray + immersion → cycle ends automatically based on product temperature endpoint.
