Fonctionnement
Operator fills the liquid into the outer tray. Inverted small plastic bottles arranged in the inner tray are placed inside the vacuum chamber. Chamber door is closed; vacuum pump evacuates to target pressure (pressure gauge not to exceed 0.09 indicated). Digital electronic timer controls evacuation time. At end of set time, solenoid valve automatically vents; liquid is drawn up into the bottles by the pressure differential. Operator opens door and removes filled bottles. If overflow or uneven fill occurs, manually reduce inlet valve opening.
