Fonctionnement

Roll film is fed via servo and formed in a tube. Corona check → bottom seal → vertical seals I/II → servo film traction → punch/cut → tear notch → bag opened by vacuum cups (separate positive/negative pressure circuits) → two filling stations (electronic tablet counter via 16 vibration channels with photoelectric counting, 4×(2+2) channels) → top seal → manipulator transfer → finished-bag conveyance.
