Fonctionnement

Cartons enter the conveyor with guide mechanism maintaining orientation. A press-top mechanism stabilizes the carton from above. Two product photoelectric sensors trigger the two label heads at correct positions. Each corner-rotation mechanism wraps the label from one face around to the adjacent face, completing dual-corner tamper-evident sealing. PLC-controlled stepper motors drive label-head traction.

Wipe label heads, sensors, and conveyor regularly. Use glassine backing paper free of cuts or creases for proper label release.
