The double-cone barrel rotates at 12 rpm driven by the main shaft. Material repeatedly converges and disperses inside the barrel, achieving uniform mixing in 4–8 min. The optional forced mixing mechanism further breaks up lumps or handles trace additives.

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean wet towel; open and wipe inside; wipe hopper with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside/outside with clean wet towel; wipe hopper; clean butterfly valve. Long-term storage: wipe entire body, coat parts with rust-proof oil, cover with dust cloth.
