A 1.5 kW VFD-controlled brake motor (Benda) drives the spindle (45# steel), which turns through a rotary connecting rod to swing the rocker arm holding the SUS304 mixing barrel in a triangular swing + translational rotation + oscillating pattern. The barrel undergoes simultaneous circumferential, radial, and axial compound motion, eliminating centrifugal force segregation and gravity-driven accumulation. Mixing uniformity exceeds 99.9%.

Nettoyage et entretien
Detach the barrel from the rocker arm and wash inside and out - the mirror-polish interior cleans quickly. Inspect the rocker-arm bearings and connecting-rod joints for play. Lubricate gears and the spindle bearing periodically.
