Fonctionnement
Operator manually places gauze / non-woven pads on the infeed conveyor; pads are transported into the film track between two rolls of heat-sealable film (Φ ≤ 350 mm). The 4-axis servo system drives film feed, material transport, heat-seal and bag cut independently. The independent guide-column mould frame ensures alignment; the reciprocating synchronous heat-seal die presses all four sides simultaneously with uniform, stable temperature. CNC-machined sterilisation-bag tooling forms the herringbone bag shape in one press. Servo-driven cutter separates finished sachets. Xinje PLC + HMI coordinates all operations. Peel strength is designed to meet medical sterilisation-bag standards.
