Fonctionnement
Vials are infed via conveyor + screw conveyor and indexed into a dynamic detection station where each vial is spun to high speed and abruptly braked. The liquid keeps rotating by inertia; an industrial camera tracks each vial and captures ~75 sequential images. Image processing analyses motion trajectory, color and shape continuity to classify foreign bodies. Two further static stations use reflective and back-light inspection. The fourth station also tests vial seal quality. Stroboscopic light sources prevent mutual interference. Dynamic vial-positioning tracks each vial to reduce false rejects. Qualified bottles go to qualified tray; rejects go to rejection tray.
