Fonctionnement
Full-servo-driven continuous roll process: adhesive tape is loaded, release paper is stripped, absorbent cotton pad is roll-cut and laminated onto the tape, left/right release paper edges are folded and laminated, the composite is roll-cut to shape, the patch is fed into the bag-making station, then automatically heat-sealed and output. Production date/batch is auto-printed on the roll material. All station positions are digitally adjusted via touchscreen.
