Fonctionnement
Disordered bottles are manually loaded into the elevator hopper and transported up to the unscrambling section. The rotating disk pushes bottles into position; a turning device and air-flow system flips inverted bottles upright. Correctly oriented bottles pass through directly and are conveyed via air-transfer bottle conveyors to the downstream line. A built-in screener automatically rejects non-standard bottles. PLC computer control with variable-frequency drive (VFD) adjusts production capacity.
