Fonctionnement
Rotary 40-cup turntable. Empty tubes auto-feed from hopper into tube cups. SICK color-mark sensor reads the tube tail mark for orientation registration. Dual piston pumps fill the tube (304 SS filling heads with anti-drip tips and post-fill air purge). For plastic tubes: LEISTER hot-air gun heat-seals the tail; for aluminum tubes: three-fold mechanical sealing. Tail is then trimmed (plastic) or shaped. Date is printed. Product exits the output conveyor. No-tube no-fill interlock.
