Fonctionnement
Vibration tray orients tablets/balls and feeds them into a counting station. Counter releases the set quantity per bag. Roll film passes through forming machine, vertical heat seal, then horizontal seal closes the top while cutter separates each bag. Stepper motor drives the bag-pulling mechanism with stepless bag length adjustment. Photoelectric eye-mark detection ensures complete logo printing on color-coded film. Smart PID temperature control maintains sealing quality. Self-diagnosis and fault prompts.
