Fonctionnement

Material flows from a hopper into a vibrating pan that singulates and counts pieces (1 or 2 per dose). The metered dose drops through a chute into a VFFS tube. Roll film unwinds, runs over a forming collar to wrap the tube, a vertical-seal heater bonds the back seam, and the horizontal-seal heater + cutter close and separate one bag from the next. A photoelectric eye reads the print mark on the film to keep bag length aligned to the printed graphics; bag length is adjustable on the touchscreen. A hot-ribbon coder prints date/lot on each bag (1–3 lines, up to 14 character grains per line, 2×4 mm grain size, 5–10 min preheat).

Nettoyage et entretien

After every production run or SKU change, dismount the quick-release vibrating-pan, chute, and forming tube and wash. Clean the cutter and sealing jaws while warm but de-energized. Inspect heater rod and thermocouple condition; replace using the bundled spares. Wipe touchscreen with soft cloth.
