Fonctionnement

Single-punch eccentric mechanism: lower punch fills die with granular material from the feeder, upper punch descends with up to 100 kN force to compress powder into a tablet, tablet is ejected by lower punch rising. Adjustable fill depth, tablet hardness via eccentric wheel bushing depth setting, and die position. Pulley + eccentric wheel drive system provides continuous rotation.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-shift: wipe outer surface with damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior; wipe hopper with cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: same. Monthly: check worm wheel, worm gear, and bearings for looseness/wear. After each batch: remove rotating drum to clean residual powder. Long shutdown: wipe all surfaces clean.
