Fonctionnement

Gelatin and water are charged into the 316 SS inner tank via a hydraulically-lifted top cover (400 mm stroke). The jacket water bath is electrically heated (4 kW, PID auto-control, 0–100 °C). A slow agitator (29 rpm, 0.75 kW) provides gentle mixing without entraining air. Optional vacuum (–0.09 MPa) deaerates the gel; optional low positive pressure (0.08 MPa) assists gel delivery to the next process. The complete sol is then fed directly to the soft-capsule encapsulation machine.
