Vibrating bowl orients empty bottles onto turntable. Turntable carries bottles past 16 measuring-cup filling heads which dispense 1g desiccant per shot. Capping station seals bottles. Labeling station applies labels via servo-driven labeler. Infrared photoelectric sensors handle position detection at each station. PLC + 7-inch touchscreen for parameter control.
