Fonctionnement
Material is added to the screw feeder via a feeding/stirring device that includes a natural exhaust channel to facilitate smooth entry. The horizontal spiral feeder transports material to two vertically arranged, counter-rotating compaction rollers (Ø150×50 mm). The system monitors the roller gap in real time and automatically adjusts screw speed to keep pressed-sheet thickness consistent. The pressed ribbon is first pre-crushed by a pre-crush knife, then enters a two-stage milling/granulation mechanism with replaceable D-shaped sieves to produce finished granules of 0.2–2.25 mm. Cantilevered roller shafts allow quick disassembly. Material is isolated from the outside throughout the entire pressing process.
