Fonctionnement
Identical to SED-100GZ-B: feed metering screw (0-60 rpm) feeds powder into the gap between two compaction rollers (Phi 240x100 or 200x100 mm at 0-500 rpm). Hydraulic main cylinder applies up to 298 kN (~30 T) compaction; side cylinder maintains 10 kN seal pressure. Compacted ribbon is granulated to 16 mesh. All three motors VFD-controlled (Siemens V20).
