Fonctionnement
Consists of lift setup, downward feeding setup, troche (compaction) setup, granulator setup, hydraulic and cooling system, shell, and electrical controller. Powder feeds via downward screw (6-60 rpm) into the gap between two compaction rollers (200x120 mm, 2-20 rpm) under hydraulic pressure (max 30 MPa). Roller cooling water circulation prevents sticky-roll phenomenon. Compacted ribbon is broken in granulator. Sealed operation; pollution-free.
