Fonctionnement
Powder is fed by a metering twist-cage screw (10-50 rpm) into the gap between two compaction rollers (200x100 mm, 10-30 rpm) under hydraulic pressure (20 MPa main cylinder). Compacted ribbon falls into a milling/granulator system that produces granules of 0.3-3 mm. All three motors are VFD-controlled.
