Fonctionnement
Powder is fed via a metering screw (0-60 rpm) into the gap between two counter-rotating compaction rollers (Phi 240 mm x 100 mm or Phi 200 mm x 100 mm at 0-500 rpm). Hydraulic main cylinder applies up to 298 kN (~30 T) compaction pressure; side cylinder maintains 10 kN seal pressure. The compacted ribbon discharges into a granulating mill that produces 16-mesh granules. Feed/roller/granulator motors are VFD-controlled.
