Fonctionnement
Roll film is pulled by roller drive past sealing jaws. A piston-type metering pump doses paste/liquid into the formed pouch via a downcomer; horizontal and vertical sealing bars (with thermocouples and heating tubes) close each sachet. A color-mark photoelectric sensor tracks the registration mark on the film to control bag length. Operator sets bag size and weight on the touch-screen HMI; machine cuts (toothed knife) and discharges sachets.
