Fonctionnement

Powder material is loaded into the fluid bed. Cold air passes through pre-, intermediate-, and HEPA (H13) filters and is heated in the heating chamber to the required temperature. Material is periodically fluidized in the bed. Binder is delivered by a liquid pump to a spray nozzle, atomised into droplets by air shear, and sprayed onto the fluidized material. Evaporated moisture is extracted by the exhaust fan.
