Fonctionnement
Top fluidizing/granulation mode: feed material is suspended by hot air (3-stage filtered and conduction-oil-heated) and granulating spray gun (top-spray, two-fluid) atomizes binder solution onto fluidized material. Bottom coating mode: bottom-spray gun coats fluidized particles. Sealing air bag and pneumatic-cylinder bottom-lift create a process-tight chamber. Dust captured by antistatic bag filter with pulse cleaning. Exhaust passes through butterfly valves and 30 kW exhaust fan to silencer.
