Fonctionnement

Material (granules or powder) is placed in the feed hopper. Air is filtered and heated by the heater to the required temperature. When air passes through the Dutch screen (multi-deck woven-wire mesh), material is fluidized and dried. Steam/moisture is drawn out by the exhaust fan through filter bags. Ultrafine powder is collected by filter bags and can be shaken back into the container via the upper vibrating cylinder after fluidization.
