Fonctionnement

Material enters the feed hopper and falls into the cone-shaped working chamber. The rotating cutter produces a swirling effect and uses centrifugal force to fling particles onto the screen mesh. Shearing action between the high-speed rotating cutter and the screen shatters particles into smaller granules that discharge through the mesh. Particle size is controlled by screen mesh count, cutter-mesh gap, and cutter rotation speed (300-2900 rpm).
