Fonctionnement
Roll-fed laminate film unwinds, is formed over a tubular bag former (back-seal), and steppers pull to set bag length. Volumetric measuring cup doses granules and an auger doses powder simultaneously into the formed bag. Back-seal jaws weld the back and cross-seals with intelligent PID temperature control; batch-code ribbon coder imprints date; cutter separates sachets.
