Pre-filtered purified water (resistivity >=5 MOhm-cm) is pumped through a coil-type preheater into a falling-film tubular evaporator with spiral water distribution. Industrial steam heats the tubes; secondary vapor rises into a pure steam filter where droplets and non-condensables are removed. The dry pure steam (dryness >=0.95, non-condensables <=3.5%) exits at 0.3 MPa; condensate meets ChP 2000 WFI requirements.

1Pre-filtered purified water (resistivity >=5 MOhm-cm) is pumped through a coil-type preheater into a falling-film tubular evaporator with spiral water distribution.
