Fonctionnement

A Z- or S-shaped stirrer mounted on a horizontal shaft inside a stainless-steel U-trough rotates at 0–24 r/min driven by a 2.2 kW motor. Each blade scrapes close to the trough wall, lifting powder or paste up and over and pushing it forward then back — producing reciprocating axial + radial flow. After the timer expires the stirrer auto-stops. A separate 0.55 kW discharge motor tips the trough at 9.5 r/min through a 360° rotation arc to dump the batch into the receiving bin. Sealed stuffing boxes at both shaft ends keep powder from migrating along the shaft.

Nettoyage et entretien

After each batch, tip the trough to dump residue, then wash the trough and stirrer in place — the no-dead-corner geometry speeds this. Inspect shaft seals weekly. Top up reducer oil per the manual schedule. Lubricate moving parts; check belt tension. Pre-production cleaning per the GMP SOP for the line.
