Fonctionnement

Capsules are placed into a mould tray; the tray is inserted into the equipment mould groove. As the equipment belt rolls, it carries the mould forward through the gluing wheel station where the capsules roll 2–3 turns, and the gluing wheel applies liquid sealant to the capsule body–cap junction, sealing it closed.

Nettoyage et entretien

After each batch: remove glue box, gluing wheel, scraper and mould-tray parts; wash with water or 70% industrial alcohol and allow to air-dry. Wipe off any liquid spilled on the machine frame. After each shift (exterior only): wipe all outer surfaces with 70% industrial alcohol.
