Fonctionnement

1) Powder material is loaded into the 1000 L container. 2) Bottom rotor stirring oar dry-mixes at 2-120 rpm (wide VFD range). 3) Binder is added to wet the powder. 4) Side-mounted cutting knife (100-2500 rpm) breaks the wet mass into wet granules of 20-80 mesh. Compressed air (0.4-0.6 MPa) provides shaft seal and controls discharge.
