Fonctionnement
Material in the main pot (1000L working, 1300L total, min 300L) is subjected to multi-layer counter-rotating paddle/frame agitator action with PTFE scrapers that continuously sweep the pot wall and generate new interfaces. The bottom homogenizer (22 kW, 0-3000 rpm) circulates material at high shear — products exit via homogenizer recirculation loop. Vacuum (-0.09 MPa, water-ring pump 4 kW) removes air bubbles. Electric heating (jacket) maintains process temperature. Hydraulic lid lift (3 kW) simplifies loading/cleaning. The touch screen (Siemens) and PLC (Siemens) provide full automation.
