Two-stage wet peeling: (1) Stirring tank — water and sesame are mixed, rotating blades agitate to loosen and detach the outer skin. (2) Washing and filtering tank — spray nozzles wash the sesame while screens filter out the skin; skin and wastewater are discharged from the bottom; clean peeled sesame exits from the discharge port.
